Description:

Become a subject matter expert in multiple applications
Partner with feature developers and other SDETs to build tools and infrastructure for thorough testing of production code
Collaborate with team members to ensure testable applications are being built
Assist in developing Test Automation Frameworks across teams
Provide guidance to enhance efficiency and deliver the strategic vision
Create and modify automated scenarios using Frameworks
Promote quality in development through requirements gathering and technical design reviews
Maintain libraries and object repositories for Automation Frameworks
Contribute to the development of test stubs and tools for manual test execution
Assist in production releases and support team members to meet commitments
Make recommendations for process and systems improvements
Drive Community of Practice activities and investigate new testing technologies
Mentor SDETs and Test Engineers to spread automation strategy and best practices

Requirements:

Expertise in Pega and JavaScript
Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) or higher certification level in Pega v7.x
Experience working on Pega 7 or higher
Self-directed with effective goal-setting and prioritization skills
Strong leadership and technical direction abilities
Ability to provide training, information, and inspiration to team members
