Remote Staff Engineer

Description:

• Understand domain and customer ecosystem to configure ERP system efficiently across all distribution modules, with a focus on financials
• Learn existing ERP system quickly and provide functional and transactional onboarding and training
• Document As-Is and consult on To-Be process flows
• Advocate for optimal use and implementation of ERP system in client's organization
• Implement and onboard new customers to ERP system
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and provide solutions
• Present to in-house team, client stakeholders, and management
• Monitor and respond to customer communications during onboarding process
• Collaborate with product development team to resolve issues and provide input for enhancements
• Analyze and validate data converted from legacy system to new ERP platform

Requirements:

• Domain degree/certifications in business, technology, or supply chain
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Sage, Epicor, Infor, etc.
