HighLevel is an AI-powered business operating system supporting agencies, entrepreneurs, and SMBs globally.
The Staff Front-End Engineer will own the architecture of the platform UI, focusing on application shell, module federation, shared component library, and performance.

Requirements:

9+ years of front-end development experience.
Expert-level knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with a strong understanding of browser mechanics.
Deep experience with modern component frameworks, primarily Vue 3, with a willingness to learn.
Proven architectural ownership and experience with micro-frontends or module federation.
Strong optimization skills for large-scale web applications.
Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.) and accessibility standards.
Excellent written communication skills and experience mentoring engineers.
