- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making strong technical decisions.

- Exposure to the energy sector or regulated industries.
- Experience building internal platforms or developer tooling.
- Familiarity with real-time data processing or AI-driven systems.
- Background in data engineering or machine learning.
