Experience as a Senior or Staff Engineer in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
Proven ability to design and build complex systems and developer tooling.
Deep experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS serverless architecture.
Skilled in developing responsive front-ends using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
Experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making strong technical decisions.
Desirable:
Exposure to the energy sector or regulated industries.
Experience building internal platforms or developer tooling.
Familiarity with real-time data processing or AI-driven systems.
Background in data engineering or machine learning.
