Description:

Yassir is a leading super app in the Maghreb region, operating in 45 cities across Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, and expanding into France, Canada, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
The company offers on-demand services and is introducing financial services to support a digital economy.
The Staff Full-Stack Engineer will drive technical standards, lead backend engineers, mentor junior developers, and contribute to scaling the team.

Requirements:

At least 10 years of experience in backend engineering with Node.js.
Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and excellent communication skills.
Experience with Git, writing testable code, and unit tests.
Deep knowledge of React and Node.js, with experience in product development.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript and tooling in a full-stack setting.
Experience in a fast-growing startup in the on-demand services space is a plus.
