Remote Staff Fullstack Engineer

Description:

• Lead platform development as a Staff Fullstack Engineer in a fully remote team across the US, Canada, and LATAM.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in system design or architecture.
• Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript (frontend) and Node.js (backend), with strong React experience.
• Proven leadership in platform architecture and technical direction.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.
• Proficient with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Experience with MongoDB schema optimization.
• Strong testing discipline across various test types.
• Effective collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in a fully distributed remote team.
• Nice to have: background in fintech or data-intensive SaaS, experience with spreadsheet integrations.

Benefits:

• Salary range: $185,000 – $240,000 USD annually.
