Join the Agentic AI team to build ServiceNow's AI Agents framework, enabling intelligent, autonomous agents.
Lead design and architecture of AI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Work with modern AI frameworks, focusing on prompt engineering and pipeline optimization.
Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, and defining best practices.

Requirements:

11+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise applications, especially in conversational AI and NLP.
Strong development skills in Java and Python, with hands-on expertise in LLM applications and tools.
Deep understanding of agentic reasoning pipelines and advanced NLP techniques.
Proven ability to translate AI concepts into business value and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience in providing technical leadership across teams or domains.
