Remote Staff Machine Learning Engineer- Voice AI

Description:

• Join the Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at ServiceNow to build intelligent software and user experiences using advanced technologies.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the core Voice Platform, including Audio Acquisition, Conversation Management, and Speech Generation.
• Partner with product managers to understand customer use cases and technology challenges.
• Build and deploy large-scale Voice AI distributed systems across multiple regions.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable code through best practices in software engineering.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing in Voice AI engineering.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with distributed Voice AI systems at scale.
• 4+ years of experience building LLM-based applications (integration, not training).
• 6+ years of development experience in Python, Golang, Java, or similar languages.
• 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering and developing LLM-based experiences.
• Experience operating distributed workloads on Kubernetes with a DevOps approach.
• Proven track record in architecting and shipping distributed Voice AI systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf.
