Description:

  • Join Jane AI as a Staff Mobile Developer to lead the architecture and technical direction of the mobile experience.
  • Work on the AI-first, mobile-first product, Jane Companion, aimed at transforming practice management for allied health practitioners.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in mobile development with production React Native applications.
  • Deep expertise in mobile architecture and performance, including system-level concerns and monitoring.
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with the React Native ecosystem, LLM API integration, on-device ML, or feature flag platforms.
