We are seeking a seasoned Lead Mobile Developer/ Tech Lead to guide mobile development efforts across both Android and iOS platforms.
This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high-quality, performant mobile applications.
The Lead Mobile Developer will coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 8–10 years of professional mobile development experience in both Android and iOS.
A strong background in Kotlin and Android development, including experience with Jetpack Compose, is required.
Proficiency in iOS development using Swift is necessary.
Familiarity with state management patterns, such as Flux or similar, is expected.
The candidate should have experience in performance optimization for mobile applications.
A strong background in mobile app performance optimization is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
It is a plus to have experience with cross-platform architectural decision-making.
Prior leadership experience in a multi-platform mobile team is also a nice to have.

This is a long-term (12+ months) and full-time opportunity.
The preferred commitment is full-time (40 hours per week), but part-time candidates who can ramp up to full-time in 3-4 weeks will also be considered.
The role requires a minimum of 5 hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
