Description:

Senior React Native Engineer responsible for Brushfire's mobile platform, including two distinct React Native applications for organizers and attendees.
Manages the full mobile lifecycle: development, testing, pipeline management, and store releases.
Full-time remote position with a focus on concrete execution and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
3+ years of experience with React Native.
2+ years of experience with cross-platform mobile applications in iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
2+ years of experience with TypeScript.
1+ years of experience in agile/scrum workflows using tools like JIRA and Shortcut.
Experience with AI development tooling, PubSub databases (Google Cloud Firestore, Firebase), and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub actions).
Strong communication skills in English.
Evidence of work product and role in it.

Starting compensation of $110,000 annually, with performance-based incentives.
