Description:

Join Calendly's Engineering team as a Staff Platform Engineer to enhance operational maturity and deliver infrastructure roadmap objectives.
Responsible for designing and building tools for Calendly’s infrastructure platform, guiding application development, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and/or software development.
4+ years of experience leading technical projects.
Strong Go (Golang) development experience, especially in writing APIs for cloud infrastructure.
Expert knowledge of cloud native application design on Kubernetes.
Experience with building applications on Temporal is a plus.
Deep experience in designing and running highly-available production applications.
Understanding of Linux OS and systems engineering fundamentals.
Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure (especially GCP) and distributed systems.
Availability for on-call rotation and authorized to work in the USA.
