Description:

Seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to build and operate Acorn, Postscript's next-generation CDP and messaging platform.
The platform is agent-operated, focusing on system design, guardrail engineering, and incident leadership.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience operating production Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS) at scale.
Strong Terraform and GitOps/Kustomize practice for idempotent, automated operations.
Real incident-response experience on distributed-systems failures.
Familiarity with Postgres, columnar stores, and log/streaming buses under load.
Comfort working alongside AI agents and writing necessary guardrails and checks.
Proactive approach to automation and error prevention.
