Description:

  • Seeking a Platform Engineer to provide technical leadership on a strategic project for a banking client, influencing decisions through technical credibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Staff Engineer, with strong architectural judgment.
  • Solid knowledge of modern backend (Python, APIs, microservices, CI/CD) and/or modern data stack (dbt, Redshift, orchestration, Data Mesh).
  • Active use of AI tools in engineering workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing disagreements constructively.
