Description:
- Lead high-impact projects in the Financial Operations (FinOps) team at Moxie.
- Provide technical leadership and own major architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering peers on payments and transactions systems.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of backend engineering experience, including senior or staff level.
- Proven experience in leading large initiatives and influencing architecture.
- Depth in financial, payments, or transactions systems.
- Strong backend and API design judgment.
- Record of influencing architecture and establishing engineering standards.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
- Fluency with AI tooling in software development.
