Description:
- Intermediate Backend Engineer role focused on backend features and improvements using Ruby/Rails, Go, or other modern languages.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Security to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability of backend code and services.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in building and shipping production backend applications with strong programming, API, database, testing, debugging, and performance fundamentals.
- Experience with Ruby/Rails, Go, or other modern backend languages; ability to learn and adapt is valued.
- Strong written communication skills and effective collaboration in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Practical experience with AI coding tools and sound instincts about security, reliability, and performance.
