Description:
- Join Constructor as a Staff Backend Engineer focusing on Search Features & APIs.
- Own the technical direction of services related to product discovery, including architecture, performance, and reliability.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience with high-traffic, low-latency backend services in production.
- Extensive knowledge of Python and experience with observability and performance in live systems.
- Proven track record of leading projects and clear written communication skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and comfort with ambiguity.
