Extensive experience as a staff engineer with a proven track record in operational management during large-scale incidents.
Deep proficiency in at least one relevant tech stack and a systems-level mindset for complex architectures.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding and deployment strategies.
Strong communication skills to simplify technical tradeoffs for stakeholders.
