Description:

  • Join Wealthsimple as a Staff Software Developer in Production Engineering to enhance reliability across critical financial services.
  • Collaborate with platform and product teams to identify and solve reliability issues, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles.
  • Proven track record of improving reliability at scale and experience with backend systems and distributed architecture.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Argo, and modern deployment tools.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings to engineering teams and leadership.
