Description:

  • Join Delinea's team to build StrongDM, a universal access management platform for securing and auditing access to various systems.
  • As a Staff Software Engineer, shape the technical direction of StrongDM’s proxy and control-plane platform, tackling complex engineering challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Go (Golang), distributed systems, and backend service development.
  • Experience in architecting highly concurrent systems and understanding network protocols and API design.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers and cloud-native deployment models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor engineers.
