Description:

  • Shape the systems behind Coder’s agentic development experience.
  • Lead technical direction, complex projects, and architectural decisions.
  • Design and build production systems in Go, with React and TypeScript as needed.
  • Improve reliability, performance, and operability of agentic systems.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in building and operating production software systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Go, React, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, model APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Working knowledge of AWS and a track record of setting technical direction.
