Responsible for defining and building the shared AI platform for MeridianLink’s product and engineering teams.
Collaborate across product domains to identify common requirements and establish patterns for AI integration.

Requirements:

8+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership across multiple teams.
Proven ability to make architecture decisions at scale and experience with AI-assisted development tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience designing or building systems integrating ML models into production software.
Proficiency with cloud-managed AI services and understanding of regulated industry data handling.
