Description:

Core technical contributor on real-time event processing platform.
Design and build event-driven services and pipelines on AWS serverless.
Write production-quality Golang and/or Python code with testing and observability.
Own services end-to-end, including development, deployment, and monitoring.
Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering quality.
Participate in on-call rotations with full accountability.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Must be based in Brazil.
Proficiency in Golang and/or Python.
Strong software engineering background in distributed systems.
Experience with AWS, modern streaming processing, and data platform tooling.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
