Description:

  • Staff Software Engineer responsible for shaping technical direction and raising engineering standards across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Tech teams to deliver measurable impact and scale efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering robust, distributed systems in production.
  • Expertise in asynchronous processing and message-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ).
  • Strong coding skills in modern languages (Java, Go, Python, TypeScript).
  • Familiarity with service-oriented architectures and CI/CD practices.
  • Fluent in English and French.
