Description:
- Join the Card Experiences team at Affirm to enhance the Affirm Card user journey from ordering to usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences using data-driven insights and AI technologies.
- Own features end-to-end, ensuring reliability and operational health while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend systems using Python or Kotlin.
- Proficient in developing distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, Spark, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with web app development using frameworks like React Native, React, or Vue.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
