10+ years in backend/systems engineering, with 5+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Expert-level proficiency in Golang and experience with high-performance distributed systems.
Proven experience in Kubernetes environments (AWS or GCP).
Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and SCIM.
Hands-on experience with identity federation and complex access control flows.
Strong grasp of modern security best practices and secure coding principles.
