Description:

Join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform team as a Staff Engineer, focusing on secure, high-scale authentication infrastructure.
Own the strategy for authentication, authorization, and session management, evolving OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows to meet product and compliance needs.
Collaborate with engineering and security stakeholders to drive technical decisions and build buy-in across teams.
Serve as the escalation point for complex production IAM issues and lead initiatives to de-risk systemic risks.

Requirements:

Identity & Security: Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, web security fundamentals, and experience with production-grade IAM systems.
Backend Engineering: Strong Go (Golang) skills, experience with distributed systems, and knowledge of PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and message streaming technologies.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives, influence architecture, and communicate effectively through written documentation.
