Seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Test to enhance quality across mobile app and backend domains.
Role involves hands-on technical leadership, focusing on a native-first testing strategy and fostering a culture of quality ownership among developers.

Requirements:

Strong experience in automating mobile app tests natively (iOS/Android) with proficiency in Swift and/or Kotlin.
Proven track record in designing test strategies and implementing shift-left practices.
Experience in leading technical/process changes and working with development teams.
Familiarity with mock-based testing and establishing standards across multiple teams.
Hands-on experience with AI in testing, assessing risks and benefits.
Fluent in English and Polish.
