Description:

Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and engineering domains at Paymentology.
Shape technical strategy, guide architectural decisions, and help build reliable, scalable systems for payment transactions.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in designing and operating highly available, distributed backend systems.
Proven success in leading technical initiatives across multiple teams, with strong expertise in software architecture and system design.
Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, relational databases, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
Knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, observability, and automated testing.
Strong communication skills and professional fluency in English; Java experience is highly valued.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with typically 10+ years of experience in complex distributed systems.
