Description:

  • Lead the architecture and technical vision of Rula’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Payments team.
  • Design scalable and robust systems for payments, claims submission, and revenue workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and clinical stakeholders to address operational challenges and mentor engineers.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on distributed systems.
  • Expertise in backend architecture (microservices, event-driven systems) and full-stack engineering (TypeScript, React, Node.js).
  • Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools to enhance development velocity.
