Remote Staff Software Engineer - Serverless

Description:

• Lead and build Runware’s serverless platform as a Staff/Senior Software Engineer.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to launch a new product line that simplifies AI workload deployment without managing infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Staff Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, or similar.
• Proficient in building backend services, distributed systems, and developer platforms.
• Understanding of async processing, queues, scheduling, retries, and failure handling.
• Familiarity with APIs, control planes, databases, and observability systems.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in backend languages like Python or Go.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
