Description:

  • ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - SRE & AIOps to enhance infrastructure automation and operational resilience across hybrid cloud and data center operations.
  • The role involves implementing automation-first systems, contributing to SRE tooling design, and developing auto-remediation capabilities to maintain cloud platform reliability.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in software engineering or infrastructure operations, with 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or cloud platform engineering roles.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, Infrastructure-as-Code tools, and Linux system administration.
  • Experience in incident remediation, on-call operations, and automation best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
