Remote Software Engineer, Database Reliability & Performance

Description:

• Join InfluxData's Database Performance and Reliability Team to ensure the reliability, correctness, stability, and high performance of InfluxDB Enterprise 3.
• Work with AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance database performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Rust (preferred) or willingness to learn, with experience in C++ or Golang.
• Strong QA and testing experience in performance, regression, and reliability validation frameworks.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of work experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools for troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI utilities (CircleCI).
• Excellent communication skills for asynchronous collaboration.
