Requirements:

Strong experience in building scalable backend systems using C++.
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (concurrency, memory management, etc.).
Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
Skills in diagnosing and resolving performance issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for audio and video technologies.
Experience with video codecs (H.264, H.265, VP9, AV1) and multimedia frameworks (FFmpeg, GStreamer).
Knowledge of multimedia containers (MP4, WebM).
Nice to have: Contributions to open-source multimedia projects, experience with adaptive bitrate streaming, and Java-based services.
