  • Seeking a Team Lead Backend Engineer for Xsolla ID team to build secure, high-availability identity systems.
  • Role involves leading a team to develop the next-generation IAM platform for Xsolla's B2C products.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Go or 7+ years in other backend languages with Go proficiency.
  • Deep expertise in OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, IAM systems, and web security fundamentals.
  • 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams and delivering mission-critical infrastructure.
