Remote Tech Lead (d/f/m) - Data, AI & Platform

Description:

• Lead the overall technical architecture for a complex data and AI product focused on Skills Intelligence.
• Set technical direction, align teams, and develop the technical roadmap in collaboration with the product team.
• Evolve the data and AI foundation, including graph-based models and data pipelines.
• Shape APIs and platform services for a great developer experience.
• Embed security, DevOps, and engineering excellence into processes and identify technical risks.
• Collaborate with the Business Owner to align business, product, and technology perspectives.
• Act as a coach for engineers, facilitating decision-making and enhancing technical ownership.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in software, data, or platform environments with technical responsibility for complex systems.
• Ability to evaluate architectural decisions based on business impact, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Experience in leading technical teams and driving decisions to conclusion.
• Familiarity with modern architectures for data-intensive applications and common design patterns.
• Proficiency in modern cloud and AI technologies, ideally including AWS, TypeScript, and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with data and/or AI products, particularly LLMs and generative AI.
• Solid understanding of Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and Security by Design.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatism and time-to-market.
• Clear communication skills suitable for various audiences, including senior leadership.
• Proficient English language skills (minimum C1).
