YGO.ai is seeking a Team Lead for AI Product Engineering, focusing on hands-on engineering and client interaction.
The role involves coordinating a product engineering pod, ensuring quality, and driving product outcomes without traditional coding responsibilities.

Requirements:

2-3+ years of technical leadership experience in a team or similar unit.
Strong developer background with experience in Golang and AI tools like Claude Code.
Excellent English communication skills for client and internal interactions.
Ability to facilitate and coordinate without relying on formal authority.
Willingness to participate in client meetings and maintain platform reliability.
Must be located in European or African timezones (±3 hours from CET).
