Proven track record of delivering reliable outcomes and managing project quality.
Experience in project leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
Proficiency in AI tools for coding and project delivery.
Ability to absorb new tools quickly and mentor team members.
Prior experience in tech lead or team lead roles is preferred.
