Remote Technical Lead

Description:

• Lead the delivery and ongoing development of Masabi's native passenger applications across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Balance technical contributions (50%) with people leadership and team coordination (50%) for a team of 4-6 developers.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on engineering skills in at least one native platform (Swift/UIKit or Kotlin/Coroutines).
• Experience in leading technical delivery, managing engineers, and conducting performance feedback.
• Knowledge of SDK and API integrations, and experience with production application delivery and migrations.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and effective communication with stakeholders.
