Description:

  • Fully remote position for candidates based in Poland.
  • B2B/freelancing cooperation.
  • Lead the technical buildout of products in a small, effective team (5-15 people).
  • Collaborate with Product Manager and Design Lead to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • 6+ years in engineering, with 3+ years in web applications using Node.js and React.
  • Experience in software architecture and hosting infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, especially in early-stage startups.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
