Description:

Lead a small engineering team and take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, and engineering quality.
Drive the technical direction while being hands-on in production development and solving complex engineering challenges.

Requirements:

7+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang) and a solid background in backend engineering.
Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and leading engineering teams.
Strong understanding of engineering best practices, code quality, and system reliability.
Experience using AI development tools in daily development.
