Description:

  • Lead technical delivery at T-Innova, overseeing the engineering team, code, release discipline, and technical decisions.
  • Build a new cloud platform designed agentic-first, ensuring existing clients' systems remain operational during the transition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with agentic development and AI coding agents in production environments.
  • Strong backend skills in modern stacks (e.g., .NET, Python) and relational databases (SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD practices.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
