Description:

Lead backend and edge/IoT engineering for high-stakes Defence projects.
Mentor a squad of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in application development and modern system architecture.
Proficient in Python and at least one compiled language (Rust, C++, or Go).
Strong hands-on experience with DevOps tools (GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and willing to work on-site 2-4 days a week.
