Remote Technical Lead (Core Services)

Description:

• Aveni is seeking a Technical Lead for Core Services to oversee the architecture and operational reliability of its AI platform for financial services.
• The role involves leading a team of 6-7 engineers, focusing on client-data ingestion, CRM integrations, multi-tenancy, and data lifecycle management.

Requirements:

• Significant software engineering experience with a strong track record in technical leadership and architectural decision-making.
• Deep production experience with Node.js and cloud-native systems on AWS, particularly in event-driven architectures and multi-tenancy.
• Strong understanding of reliability, observability, security, and operational ownership.
• Experience mentoring engineers and communicating technical decisions effectively.
