Remote Golang Technical Lead (Perm, UK, Remote + Travel)

Description:

Requirements:

• Significant experience in software engineering, ideally with Golang; knowledge of JavaScript or Python is desirable.
• Experience working directly with clients to understand technical requirements and leading software engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, test-driven development, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.
• Empathy, people skills, and experience in the financial services industry are preferred.
