- Lead the Foundations team as a Staff Software Backend Engineer, focusing on shared platform primitives.
- Own the technical direction for core services including authentication, access control, and customer telemetry.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of software development experience with technical ownership of a platform.
- 3+ years in a B2B software startup or high-growth organization.
- Direct experience with authentication and authorization systems (OAuth, SSO).
- Backend programming experience in Python and Go.
- Strong Linux and distributed systems fundamentals.
