Strong expertise in Python and experience building production systems.
Proven leadership experience in engineering teams with hands-on involvement in technical design and development.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage team workloads and delegate effectively.
Experience with backend automation, system integrations, and LLM integration into applications.
Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including APIs, databases, and error handling.
Ability to work with evolving requirements and make pragmatic decisions.
