Description:
- Lead the Shop Builder DevX and AI team, driving delivery and cross-team coordination.
- Manage a squad of three engineers to build developer tools including MCP server, CLI, SDK, and documentation pipeline.
- Write production code, conduct code reviews, and make technical decisions.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a tech lead or senior role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js; experience with production APIs, CLIs, or SDKs.
- Familiarity with REST API design, SDK ergonomics, and developer experience principles.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
- Strong communication skills for translating technical complexity to leadership.
