Description:

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including roles as tech lead or founding engineer.
  • Proficient in multiple tech stacks, having shipped production code in at least three different ones.
  • Experience in taking over and improving messy codebases and teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and coding agents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with GMs, operators, and customers.
