Description:

Lead the Frontend Platform Team at Xsolla, providing technical leadership and guiding a team of ~8 developers.
Shape the platform’s architecture, improve developer workflows, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions for user-facing experiences.

Requirements:

8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a tech lead role, focusing on modern frontend engineering.
Deep knowledge of React, Node.js, MongoDB, TypeScript, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD workflows, bundling tools, and backend integration patterns.
